Perun Art s.r.o., with its registered office at Zaježová 50, 96263 Pliešovce, ID: 51 871 254, VAT: 2120 818 997, the operator of the Perunis.eu website (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "operator"), processes the following personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (No. 2016/679) and the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Z.z.:

e-mail adress of the course participant
The processing of the above personal data is necessary for processing orders and further fulfillment of the contract in case of concluding a purchase contract between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is allowed by § 13 par. b) of the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Z.z., based on the legal basis of Contract Performance. The seller also processes this data for the purpose of contract documentation and possible future enforcement and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.
The storage and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the completion of the last part of the contract performance, unless another legal regulation requires the storage of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible based on § 13 par. c) and f) of the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Z.z., the legal basis according to a special regulation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the operator or a third party.
The processing of personal data is carried out by Perun Art s.r.o., the operator of personal data. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
The operator does not have a designated data protection officer.

In accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Z.z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, the buyer or gift voucher holder voluntarily and freely provides the operator with the personal data specified in the order (i.e., name, surname, address, telephone number, and email) for the purpose of applying the course. The buyer or gift voucher holder is aware that the operator processes personal data for the purpose of applying the ordered course and for advertising and marketing purposes based on § 4 par. 2 letter d) of the Personal Data Protection Act. The buyer or gift voucher holder hereby agrees to provide and make personal data available for these purposes. The buyer or gift voucher holder is aware that without this consent, the fulfillment of the course is not possible.
The buyer or gift voucher holder agrees to the publication of the provider's verbal evaluation on the provider's website, which the buyer or gift voucher holder provided on the Perunis.eu website or on social networks associated with the website. In the case of using a photograph for verbal evaluation, the buyer or gift voucher holder grants the operator a temporally and geographically unlimited license without remuneration for the use of the photograph for presentation, marketing, or advertising purposes. If other persons are present in the photograph, the buyer or gift voucher holder is obliged to ensure the consent of all these persons for the use of the work. The operator is not responsible for any violation of this obligation.
The buyer or gift voucher holder has the right to request the revocation of consents stated in this article of the contract in writing or by email at any time.

As the data controller, the operator of personal data on the www.perunis.eu website uses cookies for the following purposes:
Measurement of website traffic and creation of statistics regarding the attendance and behavior of visitors to the website
The collection of cookies for the above purposes may be considered the processing of personal data. Such processing is possible based on the legitimate interest of the operator and is allowed by § 13 par. f) of the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Z.z.
